PYSA has enjoyed another safe, fun & successful Fall Season.
A return to regular soccer activities at Den Duyf Park Field for training/practices & Soccer Saturdays was enjoyed by all.

As we put field operations to bed for the Winter, we will prepare for Winter Soccer (Futsal) & plan for Spring 2022 Season!
Note- If your player was registered in the Fall, they are registered for Spring 2022 season already! No need to re-register!

Wecome Mark Freeman to the PYSA in the role of Technical Director.
For those who have had players in our PYSA Academy last fall and this spring, you would have seen Mark working with young players on Monday evenings.
Mark’s main role is to support and mentor our dedicated volunteer coaches with session plans and inputs to increase the fun, learning and skill development of our young players.
Mark brings a C License to the role, along with many years of experience in coaching a diversity of age groups.
He is excited to help us animate soccer in Pemberton with the new facilities coming on-line that will bolster visibility of the sport.

Given current conditions, our bi-annual Bottledrives will not happen as they have historically.
A reminder that you, your neighbours can always donate your empties to PYSA when you return them to the Bottle Depot in the Industrial Park anytime.

The PYSA 2021 AGM was held on September 21st via Zoom.
PYSA would like to thank longtime Coach, Board member, President & Treasurer Alan Firth for his years of service.
Alan was instrumental in leading PYSA over the last number of years to an healthy financial position, while providing great value in keeping youth soccer affordable & accessible.
Under Alans leadership, PYSA made strides in Coach/Player development & curriculum that we still use today!
Alan's final accomplishment was facilitating our updated Strategic Plan this past winter/spring.
PYSA would also like to thank Frances Dickenson for her years of service as a Coach of U12/13 Boys & as a board member.
We hope to see you both out at the fields some day even if on the sidelines!
